These communications concern targeted marketing regarding infant and toddler formula, maternal nutritional products, mother-and-baby care products, and related member benefits of the Company and its affiliates.

The Company will obtain your consent before providing you with promotional communications. You may choose to opt out of receiving any promotional communications from the Company at any time. Unless permitted by you, the Company will not provide your personal data to its service providers for the purpose of sending marketing materials regarding their own products or services. All data used for matching will be encrypted before being uploaded to the Meta platform, and will only be used for anonymous user matching to generate customized audiences.

If any service provider of the Company wishes to directly send you any promotional materials regarding its own products and services, it must obtain your separate consent. The Company is not involved in any promotional activities conducted directly by its service providers that are unrelated to this e-commerce service. If you agree to receive any promotional materials from the Company's service providers, please read the respective partner’s own privacy policy carefully.
